Faulty Items
Products are covered by a minimum of 1-year guarantee. If during the first 12 months from the date of purchase (or within any extended warranty period) we’ll contact the manufacturer to repair, exchange it, or offer a refund - this is subject to the warranty terms of Individual manufacturers.
Receipts should be kept and presented in the case you should want to make a return.
We don’t cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, where the fault cannot be proven, or where a product has been altered.

Unwanted goods
In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned so long as you let us know you want to return them within 5 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in "as new" condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data input on them.
We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them. Please do not remove any serial number stickers or other identifying marks from any product or packaging as if these have been removed we will be unable to accept any return.
You are responsible for the goods until we receive them. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit before they reach us.
Once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product.
We cannot refund/cancel your purchase if the seal has been broken on any DVDs, CDs, memory cards or software, including games, if the silver strip on the back of your Software Product Activation Key card has been partially or completely damaged or removed or if the goods were a special order to your specification, for instance a PC system built to order.
We cannot refund or exchange unsealed headphones/headsets for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If there is an item missing from your order or the wrong item has been sent, then please contact us on 200 77266 as soon as possible and in any event within three days, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
